This chocolate is supplied in a tempered chocolate drop form that makes it easy to melt and re-temper. Due to the high-quality and high-cocoa, this free-from alternative to milk chocolate will temper similar to a dark chocolate.
Our chocolate ships in 200g compostable tubs. For the caterers / zero waste shops out there we ship 2kg inside lined boxes.
